Couldn't be happier with the service we got. They gave a great price and explained everything really well. It was the first time we've had an extension built so we had a lot of questions. Would definitely use them again.

Why Choose US...
We've been operating here in Fife now for quite some time. This means we have extensive knowledge and experience of the central and east coast areas of Scotland which shows itself when dealing with the local authorities and submitting both Planning and Building warrant Applications.
Most alterations require an engineer which means you having to engage either an architect or an architectural technician, and an engineer. However with us, we have in-house structural engineers. This means you won't ever have to deal with anyone else. We can see your project right through. This helps keep our prices competitive.
As only a 5 man team you will get to know us quickly and will easily see why most of our work comes from repeat business and recommendations.
