Some Architectural companies fees can be confusing. We want to make it easy. Our prices include everything from your Location Plan to Printing out your drawings on A1 paper if needed. There's no hidden fees.
The prices below are an average guide for Drawing and Designing both for the Planning Application and the Building Warrant.
Please note the below prices don't include VAT and the fees from your Local Authority. To find out your Local Authority's fees for your project please get in touch.

Most alterations require an engineer which means you having to engage either an architect or an architectural technician, and an engineer. However with us, we have in-house structural engineers. This means you won't ever have to deal with anyone else. We can see your project right through. This helps keep our prices competitive.
