Some Architectural companies fees can be confusing. We want to make it easy. Our prices include everything from your Location Plan to Printing out your drawings on A1 paper if needed. There's no hidden fees and no VAT.
The prices below are an average guide for Drawing and Designing both for the Planning Application and the Building Warrant.
Please note the prices don't include the fees from your Local Authority. To find out your Local Authority's fees for your project please get in touch.
